Terms of use

These Terms of use (the “Agreement”) govern the relationship between the site owner (the “Seller”) and the user of the BetterSMM panel (the “User”) who uses the site to order and receive SMM services.

By using the site, the User confirms that they have read this Agreement and the privacy policy and accept them in full.

1. Subject of the agreement

1.1. The site (panel) lets the User buy SMM services through an automated system.

1.2. Services are delivered using the technical and software solutions of the service.

1.3. The Seller does not guarantee specific timing, volume or result of the services, because they depend on the system in use. If volume is under-delivered, a refund is provided for the unfinished part of the service.

2. How services are delivered

2.1. Timing, volume, quality and result are set by the rules and technical capacity of the service.

2.2. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter (links, logins, IDs and other order parameters).

3. Liability

3.1. The Seller is not liable for:

• blocks of the User’s accounts on social networks;
• drops in reach, write-offs, rollbacks or metric changes, except products marked “Guarantee”;
• consequences of using SMM services on third-party platforms.

4. Use restrictions

4.1. The User must not use the site or ordered services to:

• break the law;
• commit fraud;
• break social-network or other platform rules;
• act against the service rules.

4.2. If these limits are broken, liability sits entirely with the User.

5. Privacy and data

5.1. The User agrees to processing of personal data to the extent needed to run the site (panel) and fulfil orders.

5.2. Data is processed under applicable law and used only to provide the services.

7. Final provisions

7.1. The Seller may change this Agreement unilaterally without prior notice.

7.2. The current version is published on the site and takes effect when posted.

7.3. Continued use of the site means the User accepts the current edition of the Agreement.
